Job Description

Bliss Lawn & Landscape is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Crew Leader Foreman to help lead our field team and deliver high-quality outdoor projects. This role is for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew moving safely and efficiently. We're not looking for someone who just "shows up." We're looking for a leader who wants ownership, growth, and the opportunity to help build one of the most respected lawn and landscape companies in our region. What You'll Do As a Crew Leader / Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading daily field operations on landscape and hardscape projects.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and working alongside a landscape / hardscape crew Reading job notes, plans, layouts, and project instructions Keeping projects moving on schedule and to company quality standards Installing or overseeing installation of hardscapes, plantings, grading, drainage, mulch, stone, sod, and other landscape elements Operating or directing the use of equipment and tools safely Communicating job progress, needs, issues, and changes clearly Managing materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness Training and developing crew members Maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful jobsite Representing Bliss Lawn & Landscape well with clients and team members What We're Looking For The right person will have: Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor construction Prior crew leadership, foreman, or lead installer experience preferred Strong knowledge of quality landscape / hardscape installation practices Ability to lead a crew while also working hands-on Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to manage time, people, tools, and materials Pride in doing the job right the first time Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift, carry, bend, dig, shovel, and work outdoors in changing weather Hardscape Experience Is a Plus Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage: Paver patios and walkways Retaining walls Grading and base prep Drainage work Skid steer / mini skid / excavator operation Planting, edging, mulch, sod, and landscape renovations Reading plans or layout drawings Who You Are You are someone who: Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged Leads by example Communicates clearly with the team and management Cares about quality, details, and the finished product Can solve problems in the field Wants to grow with a professional company Understands that leadership means setting the tone every day Why Join Bliss Lawn & Landscape? Experience Preferred:
