Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

As a Landscape Installation Foreman, you will play a key hands-on leadership role, overseeing the installation of high-quality landscape projects and guiding a small crew to deliver exceptional results. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, lead by example, and are passionate about creating outstanding outdoor environments for clients. Responsibilities Install pavers, patios, and walkways according to project specifications Construct retaining walls and other hardscape features Perform irrigation system installations and troubleshooting Install plants, prepare planting beds, and lay sod or artificial turf Lead and supervise a crew of 13 team members on site Read and interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate project execution Communicate professionally with homeowners and HOA clients to ensure satisfaction Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites throughout each project Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall construction Proven ability to lead and motivate a small crew Excellent communication skills with clients and team members High attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship Valid drivers license (experience with truck and trailer preferred) Experience operating equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators is a plus Benefits Competitive pay (DOE) 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for growth into Foreman and Project Leadership roles Steady, year-round work Supportive and collaborative team culture Offered compensation: $22/yr - $30/yr
