Entry-level candidates with basic lawn mowing experience can expect to earn $18-$20/hour. For experienced landscapers with 3+ years in the field, the company offers $22-$26/hour. Skilled candidates should be comfortable handling planting, shrubs, and trees, installing landscaping features such as mulch and sod, and operating and maintaining equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Able to train and supervise a small crew. This role may require occasional weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) depending on project needs.
