Landscape Foreman - $30-$40/hr + consistent hours

What Your Days Will Look Like Start your day early by opening the shop and getting trucks, trailers, and materials fully prepared Head out with your crew knowing the plan - you'll have jobs scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance Lead from the front by working alongside your crew, not just supervising Keep job sites running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule Solve problems on the fly and make sure work is done right the first time Communicate clearly with your crew, management, and clients when needed Train and guide crew members to improve performance and build a stronger team Wrap up the day by cleaning, organizing, and setting up trucks and equipment for tomorrow What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and managing a landscape crew on a daily basis Taking ownership of job site performance, quality, and efficiency Planning and organizing upcoming work to keep operations running smoothly Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining equipment, tools, and overall shop organization Operating and overseeing the use of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment What We're Looking For Proven landscaping experience with the ability to run jobs and lead a crew Strong leadership skills - you hold people accountable and lead by example Clear, confident communication with both crews and customers Solid understanding of landscaping (maintenance, installs, materials, equipment) Comfortable operating equipment (mowers, trailers, skid steers, etc.) Mechanically inclined and able to spot issues before they become problems Reliable, self-motivated, and takes initiative without being asked Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment Willingness to work longer days during peak season and in varying weather Why Work for YPGA?
