As the Beach Manager at our inflatable waterpark, you will be overseeing our team of dedicated lifeguards, the inflatable features, the rental crafts, and the beach. Your role is essential in maintaining a fun, safe, and memorable environment for every visitor. You will be expected to stay alert, enforce safety rules, care for equipment, and assist guests with a positive and helpful attitude. The safety of our guests and their satisfaction are our top priorities—and as a member of our staff, they are now yours too.

Duties:

Manage the lifeguard/ beach attendant staff to ensure that all park policies and procedures are followed. Coordinate communications between the admission team and the beach team. Be the primary custodian of all water park toys and rental crafts. Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area. Job Requirements Outdoor, waterfront setting; exposure to sun and weather conditions. Physically demanding; requires swimming, climbing, and standing for long periods. You may be required to conduct part of your shift from water craft either SUP's or Kayaks, or Motorized Watercraft You must be available on weekends through Labor Day. Minimum Age of 21 Supervising and scheduling: report to the Waterpark Manager, and Wilderness Voyageurs General Manager.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
