Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial landscapes. Your expertise in various lawn care techniques and equipment operation will ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and thriving. Duties Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to achieve a neat appearance. Conduct groundskeeping tasks including leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal maintenance. Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics. Assist in landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed. Implement hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, or retaining walls. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment effectively. Dig and prepare soil for planting or other landscape projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with mowing techniques, groundskeeping practices, and tree trimming methods. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping equipment safely. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
