The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial landscape maintenance, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily work assignments while ensuring high-quality results. This role is responsible for leading a crew, coordinating job site activities, maintaining company standards, and ensuring customer properties remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew, providing direction, training, and support throughout the workday.

+ Review, prioritize, and manage daily work lists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. + Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general grounds maintenance services. + Ensure all commercial properties meet company quality standards and customer expectations. + Coordinate crew activities, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity on job sites. + Safely operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other power tools. + Identify and address landscaping issues, making recommendations for property improvements when needed. + Assist with landscape enhancement projects, including plant installations, irrigation repairs, sod installation, and seasonal cleanup. + Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. + Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment. + Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members regarding job progress and site needs.

• This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, AL.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
