Job Description

Qualifications Required:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 80 pounds Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
Preferred:
Previous experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, or other outdoor labor positions Experience operating lawn care equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers Strong communication skills and attention to detail
