All positions are paid, and you'll be an essential part of creating vibrant, sustainable outdoor spaces for clients and communities alike. Duties Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for excavation, hardscape installation, or site preparation Perform lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, and weed control to ensure lush, thriving turf Support tree care efforts including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and making necessary adjustments or repairs Contribute to construction projects by assisting with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; experience with excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, and irrigation systems is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license preferred; certification in landscaping or related fields is a bonus Embark on a fulfilling career where your hands-on skills make a real impact!
