Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, shrub shaping, and seasonal clean-up activities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Assist with equipment maintenance including cleaning, inspecting, and basic repairs of machinery like excavators and other construction tools Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to handle hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes confidently Familiarity with excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and planting Understanding of irrigation systems installation and maintenance procedures Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards when using equipment like snow plows or hardscape tools Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire!
