Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaping Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, engage in diverse landscape projects, and develop hands-on skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining gardens, your efforts will contribute to creating inviting landscapes that delight clients and enhance communities. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance, including trimming, edging, mowing, and using backpack blowers to maintain commercial clients. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform various landscaping tasks Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators for grading or trenching projects Maintain lawns through mowing, aeration, fertilization, and weed control to ensure healthy turf growth Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks to keep properties looking pristine and well-kept Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is preferred but not required. Experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including working in the heat and walking for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, hardscape installation, and general maintenance Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
