Job Description

Full-Time Landscaper / Groundskeeper — Springdale, AR Truck required | Full-time, on payroll | Year-round work We manage a portfolio of apartment communities across Northwest Arkansas and are looking for a reliable, full-time landscaper to keep our properties looking sharp. Most of our properties are in Springdale within about 10 minutes of each other, with a handful of others across NWA. We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work, moves efficiently, and keeps our lawns and grounds looking great week in and week out. What You'll Do Mow, edge, and trim at our properties on a consistent weekly schedule Apply weed killer and handle basic weed control Keep grounds tidy — pick up debris, blow off walkways, maintain curb appeal Travel between properties (this is why you'll need your own truck) During the winter months, shift to make-ready work helping turn units — painting, cleaning, and light maintenance What We're Looking For Your own truck — this is required, as you'll be traveling between properties daily (we cover your gas) Valid driver's license Experience in landscaping or lawn care with a track record of keeping properties looking sharp Reliable and self-directed — you'll manage your route and keep properties on schedule without someone looking over your shoulder Comfortable working outdoors in Arkansas weather and able to handle the physical side of the job Willingness to pitch in on make-ready work in the winter What We Offer Full-time position on payroll — steady, year-round work, not seasonal Gas money covered for travel between properties A tight route: most properties are within 10 minutes of each other in Springdale A straightforward job with a team that values people who show up and do good work If you're dependable, take pride in a clean-cut lawn, and have a truck, we'd love to hear from you.

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
