Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Field Associate to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential, commercial, and public landscapes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping tasks including pruning, mowing, edging, and mulching. Safely operate and handle landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a respectful and quiet presence on customer properties. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear. Adhere to company dress code and uniform standards. Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high heat. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely. Proficiency in the safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and follow directions from supervisors. Consistent punctuality and reliability in attendance. Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to job sites.
