This is ideal for handymen, contractors, landscapers, maintenance workers, cleaners, or anyone experienced in field services and property upkeep.

Work Includes:

Lawn maintenance & debris removal Lock changes & lockbox installation Initial secures & board-ups Janitorial/trash-outs Winterizations Drywall & minor repairs Gutter cleaning Roof tarping & minor exterior work Before/after photo documentation using mobile apps

Requirements:

Reliable truck, trailer, or work vehicle Smartphone with internet access Basic tools & equipment Ability to work independently Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Property preservation experience preferred, but willing to train the right individuals

Preferred Experience:

Property preservation General contracting/handyman work Landscaping Maintenance or construction HUD/REO/foreclosure services

Pay:
