Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and trees. Your expertise in landscaping techniques and use of various tools will contribute to creating beautiful and well-maintained landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and maintaining gardens
• Provide lawn care services including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
• Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for landscaping projects
• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and tools
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
