Landscaping Maintenance Crew Member (min. 1 yr experience reqd-pls dont apply unless you have!)

Vicente Landscaping is seeking those who enjoy working on landscape maintenance in the great outdoors! 1 YEAR minimum experience

REQUIRED.

Please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement! Preferred Experience Operate equipment (mower, string trimmer, blower, chainsaws etc.). Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a wheelbarrow. Previous Landscape experience preferred but not required. Driver's License, or ability to get. (no marijuana use to drive company truck) Principal Responsibilities Pruning, and shaping of overgrown hedges, shrubs, low trees, etc. Trimming along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, etc. Cutting of grass with a lawn mower. Monitor and maintain the health of plants and flowers. Raking of leaves, rock, and gravel paved areas, including debris removal. Installation of trees, plants, and shrubs, including digging holes. Erosion maintenance and Xeriscaping with a variety of rock. Drainage, irrigation, and sprinkler maintenance, including trenching. Maintaining water features and fountains. Qualifications Great communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and speak clearly to be able to maintain safety on the jobsite and in working with colleagues and the public. Ability to work in a safe manner, in a fast-paced environment. Drug test required. $40 and we reimburse after 5 working days. Must pass, marijuana use as allowed by law, but can't be under influence while working. Pay D.O.E. - more experience, more pay!!
