In this energetic role, you will lead tree trimming and pruning projects, perform rigging and bucket operations, and utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology to assess and plan landscape improvements. Duties Conduct comprehensive tree assessments to determine health, stability, and necessary care using advanced arboricultural techniques. Perform precise tree trimming and pruning to promote growth, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for elevated work, ensuring efficient access to tall trees and landscape features. Implement rigging procedures for safe removal or pruning of large or hazardous trees. Utilize GIS technology to map, analyze, and document landscape features for planning and maintenance purposes. Assist with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping tasks to enhance overall site appearance. Support growing experience by participating in ongoing training related to horticulture practices, tree care innovations, and safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in arboriculture or related fields such as landscaping or horticulture with a focus on tree care. Hands-on knowledge of tree trimming, pruning techniques, and land management practices. Skilled in rigging operations for safe handling of large trees or branches. Familiarity with operating bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely in various outdoor environments. Experience using GIS software for mapping and landscape analysis is highly desirable. Strong understanding of horticultural principles, plant health diagnostics, and landscape maintenance routines. Pay:
