Landscape Laborer

About us LandCom LLC is a growing landscape business in San Tan Valley, AZ specializing in Commerical and HOA maintenance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscape installation. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• EXPERIENCED

  in the landscape industry preferred
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
• Must be able to pick up 50 lbs.
• Perform physical labor daily
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist continuously through the day
• Perform general landscape duties
• Ability to properly use hedge trimmers, use blower, spray weeds, use weed eater, rake and pick up efficiently
• Operate and/or maintain various light equipment and tools
• Ability to load/unload trash cans/burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
• Have a strong work ethic and reliability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
