Job Description

The Maintenance staff is responsible for ensuring the property and grounds are consistently clean, well-maintained, and presentable for all guests. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds and Landscaping:
Maintain the outside property by keeping it clean and free of debris. Care for all plants and landscaping, including watering, trimming, and pruning as needed. Remove spiderwebs and perform light cleaning of the property's exterior. window whipping
Pool Area:
Thoroughly clean the entire pool area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Mop and organize the space to ensure it is always ready for guest use.
General Cleaning & Upkeep:
Sweep and mop both the interior and exterior floors of the property. Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and replacing liners. This task often requires moving quickly, including going up and down stairs.
Guest Services:
Assist with guest needs in their rooms as required. Repair and fix Pluming Electrical You're a vital part of keeping the entire property looking its best and functioning smoothly for everyone.
