Job Overview Full-time Maintenance Person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of Barstow, CA. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred. From Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch.

• Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following: Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager. Work safely and follow company policy and procedures. Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed. Grounds keeping and landscaping experience preferred.
