This is an organic gardening service. Woman owned and operated. Schedule is Monday-Friday maintenance schedule/jobs (7:30a-4:30p). We are looking for someone interested in improving gardens and plant health, not just mow and blow service. Able to work on hands and knees, physically capable of all day labor. Must be able to communicate with clients and be a team player with coworkers. Speaks English required. Truck and tools a bonus. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as digging, planting, pruning, and soil preparation Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Implement plant care practices including fertilization, weed control, and pest management to promote healthy plants Monitor plant health regularly, identify pests or diseases early, and take appropriate action to protect plant vitality Requirements Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields such as farming or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance is a plus Strong understanding of plant care techniques including fertilization, weed control, and pest management Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to plant health and landscape aesthetics Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
