This position involves hands-on work in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and safe for use. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various tasks. Conduct tree trimming and groundskeeping activities to enhance the appearance of the property. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaping features to ensure they are healthy and visually appealing. Assist in building maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. Monitor irrigation systems for efficiency and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized at all times. Skills Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care techniques. Knowledge of tree trimming practices and groundskeeping responsibilities. Ability to irrigate landscapes properly to promote healthy growth. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods.
