Job Description
We are seeking for someone to join our crew (FULL-TIME) to serve the Humboldt area's landscaping needs! We are looking for individuals that fit into our core values as a company and are willing to work as a team to help accomplish our mission. Benefits:
- $18-30/hr full time as starting pay and additional increase based on performance, attitude towards customers and employees, drive, and work ethic over time.

Job Description:
- Candidates should have knowledge of basic power tools (weed-whacker, mower, edger, hedge trimmer, etc.)
- Candidates have to be able to lift 50-80 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Candidates have to be able to adapt to different situations that arise on the job.
- Candidates need a valid drivers license to drive a truck.
- Candidates need to know how to drive trailer.
- Candidate must have a high-level of emotional intelligence and be able to communicate well with customers and their concerns/needs.
- Candidates must have a 'teamwork' attitude.
Requirements:
- Gardening skills required
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Has to be passionate in excelling at their job and in life
- Driver's license
- Clean Record
