Paid time off Bonus based on performance Maintenance / Landscaping Technician (Groundskeeper) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance / Landscaping Technician to help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of our RV park. This role is responsible for landscaping, irrigation maintenance, and general property upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Position Details Full-Time, Long-term, stable position

Typical Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional weekends as needed

Pay:

$17-$18/hour (depending on experience)

French Camp RV Park, Manteca, CA 95336 Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Maintain cleanliness and appearance of park grounds, landscaped areas, walkways, and common areas Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, weed trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, lines, valves, timers) Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation issues to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Assist with maintaining RV sites, including debris removal and general site cleanup Support trash removal and cleanliness of common areas throughout the property Help maintain concrete pads, walkways, and landscaped areas as needed Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment Assist with other groundskeeping and maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance preferred Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Working knowledge of irrigation systems and sprinkler repair preferred Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Additional Expectations Ability to pass background check Dependable with a consistent work schedule Takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept property Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to assist with property needs as they arise Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Holidays About the Property We are a well-maintained RV community focused on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both long-term residents and short-term guests.
