You will be Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems at various job sites. Proactive independent thinker who understands all phases of irrigation systems, both commercial and residential. Troubleshoot repair and/or correct the problem. Looking for a tech who knows the process isolation and diagnose efficiently. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes. Conduct inspections of irrigation components and landscape features to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including system adjustments, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while delivering high-quality results. Operates vehicle and power equipment such as mowers, tractors, chain saws, rototillers, weed whips, trenchers, sod cutters, and backpack blowers to maintain various grounds and other surrounding properties. Reports irrigation problems on property that needs attention. Performs routine maintenance tasks without supervisor. Tools and materials that are made available. Maintains grounds in a safe and aesthetically pleasing condition. Qualifications Minimum (2) years of prior professional landscape maintenance experience Required. Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record Required Strong communication skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working with irrigation systems and landscaping equipment. Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site. Experience with commercial-grade equipment operation Understanding of irrigation systems and water management Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. This role requires driving to client home appointments for repairs, inspections, etc. Company provides vehicle for driving to job site.
