Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Landscaping Installer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help create beautiful, functional outdoor environments that exceed client expectations. Duties Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures using appropriate tools and techniques Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and leveling terrain with hand tools or machinery like excavators Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery with precision and care Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal snow plowing to ensure pristine appearance Set up irrigation systems and perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including pruning and tree care Operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently during installation and maintenance projects Assist with landscape design implementation by following project plans and specifications Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators confidently Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree trimming techniques, and irrigation systems Familiarity with construction practices relevant to hardscape installation Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Join us to help craft stunning outdoor spaces while growing your skills in a vibrant team environment!
