Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools Apply irrigation systems effectively to ensure optimal watering and plant health Conduct gardening activities such as planting, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control to promote healthy growth Maintain lawns and landscaped areas by performing lawn care routines like aeration, overseeding, and pest management Use landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks with precision Assist with the installation of new landscapes and garden features according to project specifications Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and troubleshoot issues promptly Skills Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, and lawn care techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment for efficient work execution Experience in horticulture or landscaping is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to garden and landscape care Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Willingness to learn new skills related to gardening, landscaping, and maintenance practices Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
