Job Overview Fresh Air Tree Expert Company is looking to hire an additional groundsman to join our tree care crew. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and experienced in the tree industry or outdoor labor. The ideal candidate has a good attitude, shows up on time, works well with a crew, and understands the importance of safety on every job. Experience using a chainsaw and knowledge on how to use a manual/stick shift truck is preferred. Responsibilities. Dragging brush and feeding the chipper Assisting climbers and equipment operators Using chainsaws and hand tools safely Jobsite cleanup and debris hauling Loading and unloading tools and equipment Helping with pruning, removals, and general tree work Following safety procedures and crew instructions Maintaining a professional attitude around clients and coworkers Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with tree care practices such as trimming and pruning. Familiarity with operating a chipper, trailer, or similar equipment used in outdoor maintenance work.
