In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning. Responsibilities Maintain and care for lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features using hand tools and power tools. Implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings. Assist with greenhouse operations, including plant propagation, transplanting, and monitoring plant health. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mowing, fertilizing, mulching, and pest control. Support farming activities related to crop cultivation or garden production as needed. Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify issues and address them promptly. Collaborate with team members on landscape design projects and seasonal planting initiatives. Skills Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care principles. Knowledge of irrigation systems and greenhouse management techniques. Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest management. Ability to operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and spades efficiently and safely. Skilled in using power tools like trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and tillers for landscape tasks. Experience with farming or agricultural practices that support sustainable land use. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues early on.
