Job Description

Miranda's Landscaping, proud landscape service provider for the Vandenberg Space Force Base Housing Community, is seeking a reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented landscaping laborer. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a variety of landscape maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging. Operate hand tools and machinery for landscaping projects. Provide tree care and grounds keeping to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Collaborate effectively with team members, in both English and bilingual settings. Assist in gardening activities and maintain landscaped areas.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Previous landscaping experience preferred (training available). Irrigation, turf care, and pesticide application experience a plus. Familiarity with landscaping tools and gas-powered equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, mowers). Ability to lift, bend, and handle equipment for extended periods. Flexible, fast-paced, and safety-conscious work approach.

Hours:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Requirements:

Valid ID and ability to pass a background check (required for base access). Reliable transportation (current registration and insurance required for base access).
