Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping tasks. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through effective landscape management. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed to the highest standards. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and gardens. Execute hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize power tools safely for various landscaping activities. Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth. Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility on properties. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and basic mechanical knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred Knowledge of garden maintenance practices, including plant care and pest management. Familiarity with hardscape techniques and materials is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is advantageous. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
