Full Job Description Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and punctual individual for a stable 2 month full-time position. It will be combining farm labor, habitat restoration fieldwork, and property upkeep. You will work directly with a Spanish-speaking owner. We will provide complete hands-on training for all specialized tools and machinery for the right worker!

Main Responsibilities:

Field & Restoration Work :

Perform planting, herbicide spraying, weed removal, chainsaw operation, brush chipping, firewood splitting, and tractor work.

Property Maintenance:

Perform general yard maintenance, property clean up, and basic equipment/tool maintenance.

Core Requirements:

Most Important:

You must be hard working, honest, and punctual Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to go in the morning Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical labor Willingness to learn new tasks English and Spanish speakers are welcome Experience with tractors or landscaping tools is a plus, but NOT required. We will train the right person. 2- month assignment Full Time/ 40 hours a week $19 an hour Company headquarters located between Madison and Woodland. Transportation can be provided for the right person.

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
