EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE

The Part Time Field Technician involves working outdoors to help maintain parks and community spaces while supporting small repair and upkeep projects. Prior maintenance or landscaping experience is helpful but not required. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of their work.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Walk and inspect parks, trails, natural grass areas, and community amenities Perform light maintenance such as sweeping, minor repairs, cobble reset, landscape bed weeding, trail maintenance, painting, graffiti removal, and general upkeep Safely operate utility vehicles and golf carts, and use hand and power tools to support maintenance and repair activities Identify and report issues (landscaping, amenities, pool areas, safety items) Assist with basic irrigation checks and minor adjustments (training provided) Support small projects to keep the community clean and well-maintained Interact professionally with residents

QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions Willingness to learn basic maintenance and irrigation tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Able to follow direction and complete tasks thoroughly Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or

GED SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy Have reliable transportation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. Use standard maintenance equipment, including: vehicles, power equipment, hand tools, etc. Ability to lift (50) pounds Must be able to tolerate being outdoors in varied weather conditions. Be stationary or in motion for periods of time

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL
