As a Landscaper / Lawn Care Technician, you'll work alongside our team providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services for residential properties throughout the Denver metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a growing local business. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Install mulch, decorative rock, soil, and landscape fabric. Assist with lawn renovations, including dethatching, aeration, overseeding, grading, and soil installation. Plant shrubs, flowers, and small trees. Weed landscape beds and maintain clean, healthy properties. Operate landscaping equipment safely, including string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Maintain equipment and keep trailers, tools, and job sites clean and organized. Deliver exceptional service while treating every customer's property with care and respect. Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team. Qualifications Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work. Reliable transportation to and from work (Preferably some sort of pick-up truck) . Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Valid driver's license is a plus.
