Porter/Groundskeeper Job Requirements:

Must be able to handle the elements of being outside. Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred but

NOT REQUIRED.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

Trash pick-up daily Minor landscaping projects Maintain cleanliness of the property and grounds Light checks Help clean common areas. Help with maintenance and minor work orders as needed Assist and support Maintenance Supervisor as requested Career Strategies' temporary population receives the following benefits:
