Maintain and cultivate diverse gardens, perennial and annual flower beds, and shrubbery using hand tools and power tools to ensure pristine appearance and health. Implement irrigation systems efficiently to support healthy plant growth while conserving water resources. Oversee garden operations, including planting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health to support seasonal displays. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, dead-heading, proper pruning techniques, & IPM. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify issues early and execute necessary repairs or adjustments Use a variety of gardening techniques rooted in horticulture principles to promote sustainable growth and environmental health. Proven experience with gardening techniques, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance. Familiarity with lawn care equipment, hand tools (such as pruners or shovels), and power tools (like trimmers or blowers). Growing experience with plants—both ornamental and edible—and understanding of their specific needs. Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
