Drive Self-motivated with a desire to learn and willing to go above and beyond, works well with minimal or no supervision\ Responsibilities Regular property grounds maintenance including but not limited to: Trash clean up Pet waste clean up Weed clean up Minor landscaping Processing minor work orders for repairs in occupied units Performing minor repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins Assist the team in ice and snow removal when required. Assisting other Vintage properties with Groundskeeper duties throughout the week. Additional duties as assigned Physical Demands Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions. Qualifications Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm Benefits Health insurance 401k and 401k matching Paid time off Health savings account Employee discount Employee assistance program
