The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our plants are displayed effectively in retail environments. Responsibilities Create plant displays that optimize product placement for maximum sales impact. Unload plant carts and restock tables and hanging baskets lines. Ensure all products are stocked before leaving the garden center. Conduct regular audits of merchandise to ensure compliance with pricing and promotional strategies. Change weekly ad signage and any other price changes. Clean and maintain display areas to create an inviting shopping environment for customers. Monitor inventory levels, reporting any culls or delivery discrepancies as needed. Possess and utilize a smartphone to send in store photos, and download mobile app for reporting culls and receiving delivery information. Proactively address watering needs with store management. Communicate regularly with our staff, store associates as well as answering customer questions. Ideal Candidate Must have valid ID and reliable transportation and a smart phone Desire to work with plants outside in all weather conditions. Mornings preferred as well as one day on the weekend needed. Time management skills. Must be able to stand, bend, reach, pull, push up to 20lbs.
