- Seasonal, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by performing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and various gardening tasks. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the environment and meet client expectations. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently. Maintain landscaped areas by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care to promote healthy growth. Use hand tools and power tools for planting, weeding, mulching, and installing garden features or hardscape elements. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as aerating soil, fertilizing plants, and applying pest control measures when necessary. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery operate safely and effectively. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn equipment, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators. Extensive experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices. Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) as well as power tools with precision. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care best practices. Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape installation (patios, walkways), and snow plowing procedures. Understanding of construction principles related to landscaping projects. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
