Key Responsibilities:

Plant Powerhouse:

Expertly identify and advise customers on a wide variety of plants, including their care needs, seasonal suitability, and best planting practices.

Customer Care Cultivator:

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the garden center, answering questions with enthusiasm, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Display Design Wizard:

Craft visually appealing plant displays that showcase our inventory, keeping the garden center looking fresh and inviting.

Green Thumb Training:

Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and plant care techniques to share your knowledge with customers.

Plant Parenthood:

Ensure the health of our plant stock by properly watering, fertilizing, and monitoring for any issues.

Sales Support:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, suggesting complementary products to enhance customer purchases. What You Bring to the
