3-6 days per week Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Seasonal Mower Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steer lawnmowers and strimmers to maintain vegetation at solar farm sites across Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for sustainable energy. Key Responsibilities Operate state of the art all terrain lawnmowers to efficiently manage vegetation in solar farm areas. Travel to various solar farm locations throughout Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure safe operation of equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mowing equipment. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to the supervisor. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and timelines. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to yard (Lebanon,CT). Experience operating mowing equipment preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 3-6 days a week. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods. Capable of operating machinery and equipment safely.Job Types:
