Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform routine groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching. Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal as needed. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Collaborate with team members to build hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and basic mechanical repairs when necessary. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with lawn care techniques, garden maintenance, tree care, and hardscape installation is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various landscaping tasks. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
