Job Description
- Landscape Technician — Seasonal Full Time

- Tick & Turf is a growing, locally owned outdoor services company serving Connecticut homeowners across Fairfield and New Haven counties. We take pride in delivering premium lawn care with a professional, customer-first approach. We're looking for an experienced landscape technician to join our crew for the season.
- What You'll Do
- Perform general lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Install plantings including annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees
- Apply mulch to beds and maintain clean, defined edges
- Prune shrubs, ornamental trees, and hedges to maintain shape and health
- Perform seasonal cleanups including spring and fall leaf removal
- Maintain clean, professional job sites on every property
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Represent Tick & Turf professionally when interacting with customers
- Work as part of a team to complete daily route schedules on time
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on landscape or lawn care experience required
- Experience with plantings, mulching, and pruning strongly preferred
- Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday during peak season
