Full-Time / Year-Round All Season Solutions is looking for reliable, hardworking landscapers to join our team for year-round property maintenance throughout Connecticut. We are looking for experienced individuals who can handle a variety of outdoor property maintenance services throughout all four seasons. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, year-round work rather than seasonal employment. Responsibilities Lawn mowing and grass maintenance Trimming, edging, and property cleanup Spring and fall cleanups Mulching and planting Pruning and general landscape maintenance Leaf removal Snow plowing and snow removal Shoveling, salting, and ice management Storm and seasonal cleanup General property maintenance as needed Safely operate landscaping and snow-removal equipment What We're Looking For Previous landscaping or property-maintenance experience preferred Experience with both landscaping and snow removal is a strong plus Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred Must be dependable and willing to work during winter storms and other weather events when needed Why Work With All Season Solutions?
