Skills & Experience Entry-Level Position:

No prior tree-care experience is required; however, prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or a related labor-intensive outdoor trade is strongly preferred. Experience safely operating chainsaws, chippers, and other landscaping and arboricultural equipment. Background working safely and effectively as part of a coordinated crew Demonstrated willingness to learn, accept direction, and develop new skills. Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods and in varying weather conditions. Duties/Responsibilities Assist with professional tree pruning, removal, and related tree care operations. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site from initial setup through completion, remaining attentive to equipment, personnel, surrounding hazards, and changing site conditions. Assist with ground-level operations during tree removal and pruning, including the safe handling, processing, and movement of branches, limbs, and other tree debris. Safely operating of chainsaws, chippers, and other arboricultural and landscaping equipment in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations is strongly preferred Assist with the rigging, lowering, and controlled handling of tree limbs as directed and appropriately trained. Gathering brush to feed and manage through a chipper in accordance with established safety procedures. Taking appropriate care to protect lawns, landscaping, structures, and other customer property in removing and disposing of branches and debris Follow all company safety procedures and applicable industry standards; full compliance with established safety protocols and company policies is required.
