In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planting, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces to create beautiful, sustainable, and functional landscapes. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into thriving gardens, lush lawns, and well-maintained landscapes that inspire and delight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to apply their horticultural knowledge and gardening skills in a dynamic setting, contributing to the aesthetic and ecological value of our projects. Duties Plant, prune, fertilize, and water a variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns to ensure healthy growth and vibrant landscapes Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, edging, and other landscaping tasks Install irrigation systems to optimize water use and maintain healthy plant life Maintain greenhouse environments by managing growing conditions, transplanting seedlings, and monitoring plant health Conduct landscape maintenance activities including mowing lawns, aerating soil, mulching beds, and weed control Assist with farming activities such as soil preparation, crop planting, harvesting, and crop rotation practices when applicable Implement landscape design plans by laying out planting beds and installing features such as pathways or decorative elements Skills Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care principles Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Hands-on experience working in greenhouses with seedlings or mature plants Growing experience in managing plant health through fertilization, pest control, and disease prevention Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and aeration techniques Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes; as well as power tools like trimmers or chainsaws safely Strong understanding of landscaping principles combined with farming or agriculture background for sustainable practices Join us to cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces where nature thrives!
