- 2:30 PM We are actively seeking experienced, professional landscapers to support our contract with Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.
This role is ideal for skilled individuals who take pride in high-quality landscape maintenance and understand the standards required for commercial and government properties. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for dependable professionals who can step onto a job site and contribute immediately. Position Overview As a Seasonal Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining high-visibility transit facilities and surrounding grounds. Work must be performed efficiently, safely, and to professional-grade standards. Key Responsibilities Perform commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and general groundskeeping Safely operate landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.) Maintain clean, professional job sites at all times Follow safety protocols and equipment procedures Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete scheduled assignments Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition Required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of professional landscaping experience (commercial preferred) Proven experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards Reliable transportation and punctuality Must pass equipment proficiency testing Must pass a comprehensive background check What We're Looking For Professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship Individuals who work efficiently without sacrificing quality Team players with strong work ethic and accountability Landscapers who understand safety, time management, and site presentation Why Join Our Team?
