Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on outdoor role where no two days are the same. You will help maintain lawns, assist with landscaping installs, and contribute to hardscape projects like patios and retaining walls. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can follow directions, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain clients' lawns. including planting, mulching, and general landscaping Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing landscape features. Contribute to hardscape projects by helping with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff. Support excavation work using equipment such as excavators under supervision for site preparation or landscaping projects. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment and troubleshooting tools. Knowledge of horticulture practices, such as plant care and tree trimming, enhances your ability to contribute effectively. Experience with construction or hardscape installation is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential. Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude will help you succeed
