Job Description

Lawn Maintenance/ Landscape Crew Leader -

Full-Time Location:

273 Walnut Shade Road, Dover, DE We are currently hiring full-time crew members to join our lawn care and mowing team. This position involves physical outdoor work and requires prior experience with mowing and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial lawn mowers and equipment safely and effectively Perform general lawn maintenance including trimming, edging, and debris removal Maintain clean and organized job sites Work efficiently with a team to complete daily schedules Follow company safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience with mowing and landscape work is required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site Able to work full-time hours consistently
