Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and possess a strong willingness to adapt, learn, and grow. You'll play an essential role in various tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and restoration, ultimately contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.•Why Join ShearerForce? Competitive pay based on level of experience Opportunities for growth and leadership roles Supportive and dynamic work environment•Key Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, ensuring proper placement and health. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain vibrant turf. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, and pruning. Support landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system installation and repair, and seasonal clean-up. Contribute to hardscape projects by assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures. Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks such as tree trimming, pruning, and general site cleanup. Support equipment operation including excavators and other construction machinery under supervision to ensure safety and efficiency.
Safety & Site Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris regularly Maintain and clean tools and equipment Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment•
Requirements:
Experience:
prior experience in landscaping is required
License:
must have a valid driver's license
Tax Filing:
must be able to work as 1099 contractor
Physical Demand:
able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
Teamwork:
able to work well with others
